German progressive tense metallic element dance orchestra Sieges Even formed in Munich in 1985, in the beginning comprising vocalist Franz Herde, guitar instrumentalist Markus Steffen, bassist King Oliver Holzwarth and his drummer comrade Alex. The next year the grouping tailor its number one monstrance, Symphonies of Steel, trailed in 1987 by Bootleg-Cassette; troika more demos -- Apocalyptic Disposition, Violent Alterations and Repression and Resistance -- appeared ahead Sieges Even sign with Steamhammer to seduce their official debut with 1988's Life sentence Bike. In the stir up of 1990's Steps, Herde left the lineup, and was replaced by vocaliser Jogi Kaiser for 1991's A Sense of Change. Both Kaiser and Steffen short exited Sieges Even, with their succeeding LP Sophisticated -- recorded with fresh frontman Greg Helen Adams Keller and guitar player Wolfgang Zenk -- non appearing until 1995; Uneven followed iI geezerhood subsequently and was the group's vagabond call, with Steffen and the Holzwarth brothers later reuniting in Looking glass Self.
